BM8’s Refer & Win Bonus pays two published amounts: RM38 when a friend you introduced deposits RM100, and RM1,000 when the friend is a Gold tier member or above and deposits RM10,000. Both sit behind a seven-day deadline, both carry turnover, and neither is paid automatically. The Agent area also talks about lifetime commission on a downline, so this page separates the figures that exist in the terms from the wording on the screen.
The referral terms split referees into two types, and the type decides the amount.
| Referee type | Requirement within 7 days of registration | Your bonus | Turnover | Limit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Normal member (below Gold) | RM100 in total deposits | RM38 | 3x | Once per referee |
| VIP member (Gold and above) | RM10,000 deposit | RM1,000 | 5x | Once per referee |
There is no limit on how many friends can be referred, so the RM38 is the figure that repeats. The turnover is calculated on the bonus alone, not on a deposit plus bonus, which makes the arithmetic short: RM38 x3 = RM114, and RM1,000 x5 = RM5,000.
The second row deserves a second look before anyone counts on it. A Gold referee is not a new player: BM8’s tier table puts Gold at RM500,000 of total deposits, with a three-month renewal and a monthly retention requirement. The terms do not explain how a referee who has only just registered can already hold Gold, so ask live chat how this row applies before counting on it.

The clock starts at the referee’s registration, not at the moment they first deposit. Seven days later the requirement closes, and a referee who reaches RM100 on day nine does not qualify.
For a normal referee the RM100 is a total, so several smaller deposits can add up to it. The VIP figure is published as a RM10,000 deposit. Because the whole mechanism depends on the referee signing up through your referral link, QR code or referral ID, sharing it after they have already created an account leaves nothing to claim.
Nothing about this promotion is credited on its own. The claim is a manual request, which means the date the referee registered and the date the deposit requirement was met are both details to keep.
Support runs 24/7 across live chat, messaging apps and e-mail, with e-mail answered in 24 to 48 hours, so a claim raised by chat is the faster of the two routes.

Turnover means total stakes placed, not money lost: in general a 3x requirement on RM38 is cleared by RM114 of qualifying bets, whatever the running balance does along the way. The RM114 figure is small enough to clear in ordinary play, and the RM5,000 attached to the VIP referral is not.
Four products are excluded from the promotion: 918Kiss, Mega888, Pussy888 and 4D lottery. Bets placed there do not move a referral turnover figure, which matters if those apps are where you normally play. Every other turnover condition on the account still applies at the same time, and the broader picture of how deposits, bonuses and the cashier interact is covered in the money side of the casino.
The Agent menu has three items: Referral, Downline and Commission. The referral screen advertises unlimited earnings, instant rewards and lifetime commission on your referrals’ deposits and activity. That gap matters, because the terms behind it stop at two fixed amounts.

In the terms
The only published referral figures are RM38 and RM1,000 per qualifying friend. No commission rate, no tier structure and no calculation basis for a downline is published anywhere in the referral terms.
So a Downline list and a Commission balance exist in the account area, but the percentage that fills that balance is not stated. Before treating commission as a reason to refer anyone, ask live chat for the rate, what it is calculated on (deposits, turnover or losses), when it is credited and whether it carries turnover, and keep the reply. A rate you were told once in a chat window is the only version you will have if the figure changes.
The two cash amounts are different. They are written down, they are conditional, and they behave much like the other small rewards on the account: a fixed sum, a low turnover multiple and a manual claim.
The restrictions here are the same family of rules BM8 applies to its other promotions, and each can void a claim on its own.
The household and IP clause is the one that catches ordinary situations rather than deliberate abuse. A partner, a sibling or a flatmate registering on the same connection sits inside the restriction, even where both people are ordinary players. Referring someone who shares your address, your device or your e-wallet is therefore the case to raise with support first, rather than after the deposit has been made.
The referral link, QR code and referral ID all sit under Agent > Referral in the account area, and the RM38 and RM1,000 claims are made through customer service.
