This privacy policy explains what happens to your information when you read this site. It is written in plain terms, because there is not much to explain.
We are an independent editorial guide to BM8 for readers in Malaysia. We are not BM8, not an agent of BM8 and not an official site. We do not operate a casino, hold player accounts, take deposits, process payments or pay out winnings.
Because of that, this site has no registration form, no login, no deposit screen and no form asking for your name, bank details or identity documents. If you ever reach a page claiming to be ours that asks for those things, it is not ours.
Our only connection to the operator is in the links: where we point readers to BM8, those links go through our own /visit path.
Like almost every website, our server keeps standard technical logs. These typically record an IP address, the browser and device type, the pages requested and the time of the request. We use them to keep the site running, to spot abuse and to understand which pages are being read.
Cookies are used for basic site function and, where enabled, for privacy-friendly analytics that tell us how many people read a page. We do not build advertising profiles about you and we do not sell personal data.
| Detail | This guide |
|---|---|
| Accounts or logins | None |
| Payments or deposits | None |
| Forms asking for personal data | None |
| Cookies | Basic site function, plus analytics where enabled |
| Analytics | Aggregate page use only, no advertising profiles |
| Bonus calculator | Runs in your browser, sends us nothing |
In short, we hold technical and aggregate information, not a customer file. There is no account for us to lose and no payment record for us to store.
The bonus calculator on this site runs entirely inside your browser. The deposit amount and bet size you type are used to work out turnover figures on your own device, and that input is not sent to us or saved anywhere by us. Close the tab and it is gone.
The demo game tiles are different in one respect. They are the studios’ own free demo builds, and they load from the studios’ servers only when you choose to open a tile. Once a demo loads, that studio’s own privacy practices apply to the connection between your browser and its servers. The demos use play money and need no login, and we do not receive anything from them about you.
Clicking through to BM8 takes you off this site. From that point you are dealing with BM8, and its own terms and privacy policy govern what it collects and how it treats your information. Register there and the account, the verification checks and the cashier all sit with the operator, not with us.
We never see your BM8 username, password, balance, bank details or transaction history. We cannot open, close, verify or recover a BM8 account, and we cannot look up a deposit or a withdrawal on your behalf. For anything to do with your account, BM8’s own customer service is the only route.
Your browser controls cookies. You can block them, delete them or clear them for this site at any time, and most browsers let you do that for one site without touching the rest. Some parts of the page may behave differently afterwards, though the written content will still read normally.
If you want to ask what information we hold, or ask us to remove something, you can reach the editorial team through this site. We aim to respect the principles of Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act in how we handle any information that reaches us.
This site is intended for adults aged 21 and over. It is not written for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age. The subject matter is gambling, so nothing here is suitable for minors.
This policy may be revised as the site changes. The version published on this page is the one that applies. If you want a sense of how the rest of the site is organised, the guide’s homepage lists every section, from bonus arithmetic to the cashier rules.
