BM8 runs six membership tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and BM8 Elite VIP. Every new account opens at Bronze, because the first upgrade needs RM150,000 of total deposits. That single number explains most of the confusion around the VIP benefits.
The big figures printed across the promotion pages, RM8,888 of birthday money, an RM1,888 rescue cap, a 1.3% slot rebate, an RM13,888 upgrade bonus, all belong to Elite VIP. And Elite VIP is listed as invitation only, not as a deposit threshold you can buy your way into.
This page puts the whole tier table in one place, then works out what each step up adds in ringgit.
Bronze is the entry tier. It has no deposit requirement, it is listed as lifetime membership, and it carries no monthly retention target. Everything below is what a fresh account holds from the first deposit onward.
| Detail | BM8 Bronze |
|---|---|
| Total deposit to reach | None |
| Upgrade bonus | None |
| Instant Rebate, slots | 0.50% (0.4% on the VIP page) |
| Instant Rebate, live casino | 0.30% |
| Daily Rescue cap per day | RM168 |
| Birthday bonus | RM188 |
| Check-in daily / weekly / monthly | RM1 / RM18 / RM68 |
| Withdrawals per day | 10 |
| Daily bank withdrawal limit | RM50,000 |
| Unlimited deposit bonus | None |
| Membership renewal | Lifetime |
Those percentages turn into small numbers at normal stakes. RM10,000 of valid slot bets in a day pays RM50 at the Bronze rate of 0.50%, and RM150 of slot bets pays RM0.75, which falls under the RM1 minimum per category and is therefore not credited at all. The rebate is generated hourly once turnover is above zero and is withdrawable without turnover, so it is the one Bronze benefit that arrives without conditions attached. The detail of how each category is counted sits with the rebate rates.

Every row below is as published on BM8’s VIP page.

The withdrawal row is printed without a unit. Read against the Elite VIP entry of unlimited, it appears to be the number of withdrawals allowed per day rather than a ringgit figure, and the separate daily bank limit row carries the money amount.
The ladder itself is steep and gets steeper. Silver sits at RM150,000, Gold at RM500,000, then Platinum jumps to RM5,000,000 and Diamond to RM10,000,000. So the practical range for an ordinary account is Bronze to Silver, with Gold as a distant third step.
Headline
Upgrade bonus up to RM13,888.
In the terms
RM288 at Silver, which takes RM150,000 of total deposits. The RM13,888 belongs to Elite VIP, which the table lists as invitation only.
Put the first step into one line of arithmetic. RM288 on RM150,000 of deposits is RM288 / RM150,000 = 0.19%. The BM8 upgrade bonus is therefore small next to the deposits it follows; most of a tier’s value sits in the benefits that repeat.
Compare Silver with Bronze on the recurring rows instead. The slot rebate moves from 0.50% to 0.60%, an extra RM10 per RM10,000 of valid slot bets in a day. The daily rescue cap moves from RM168 to RM268. The birthday bonus rises by RM100, the daily check-in from RM1 to RM3, and the daily bank withdrawal limit from RM50,000 to RM80,000.
So the ladder is a run of small, incremental improvements on offers that are themselves small at Bronze.

Bronze and Silver are listed as lifetime, so nothing is required to hold them. From Gold upward the table switches to a three-month renewal with a monthly tier retention requirement: RM2,500,000 at Gold, RM5,000,000 at Platinum and RM10,000,000 at Diamond, as printed.
One consequence matters for the rescue bonus. The daily rescue maximum is set by your rank on the day the bonus is issued, not by the rank you held when the losses started. A tier that lapses at renewal therefore takes the higher cap with it.
Gold and Platinum show 5%, Diamond 10% and Elite VIP 18%. No other detail is published for this benefit: no turnover multiple, no maximum bonus, no list of eligible providers and no claim method.
Treat the percentage as the only confirmed part. Every published BM8 deposit promotion calculates turnover on deposit plus bonus, which is why an uncapped-looking percentage with no stated multiple should be checked with live chat before claiming it rather than after.
The tier is not a badge on its own. It is the multiplier sitting underneath almost every other promotion, which is why the same offer reads very differently at the bottom and the top of the table.
| Offer | Bronze | Elite VIP |
|---|---|---|
| Instant Rebate, slots | 0.50% | 1.3% |
| Instant Rebate, live casino | 0.30% | 0.80% |
| Daily Rescue cap per day | RM168 | RM1,888 |
| Nett loss needed to reach that cap | RM3,360 | RM37,760 |
| Birthday bonus | RM188 | RM8,888 |
| Check-in daily | RM1 | RM25 |
| Upgrade bonus | None | RM13,888 |
| Withdrawals per day | 10 | Unlimited |
| Reward to the member who referred you | RM38 | RM1,000 |
Two of those rows need a note. The rescue bonus pays 5% of the day’s nett loss once that loss reaches RM1,500, so the cap is only reached at a much larger loss: RM168 at a nett loss of RM3,360, and RM1,888 at RM37,760. The referral row works the other way round, because the Refer & Win terms pay RM1,000 only when the new member is Gold or above, against RM38 for everyone else.
Two published conflicts matter before you plan around a figure. The rebate percentages on the VIP page differ slightly from the Instant Rebate terms, for example Bronze slots at 0.4% on the VIP page against 0.50% in the rebate terms, and the Elite VIP sports and esports rate is printed as 0.1% in one place and 1% in the other. The Bronze check-in rewards differ too: the Check In Bonus terms list RM1 daily, RM8 weekly and RM38 monthly, while the VIP page lists RM1, RM18 and RM68. Where they disagree, check Cashier > Rebate for your own live rate, and read the conditions on the birthday and check-in rewards before counting on an amount.
For the wider context of how deposits, turnover and withdrawals fit around these tiers, the bonus and cashier overview sets out the money side in one view.
Your current tier, your rebate rate and your check-in streak are all shown inside the account, under Cashier and Profile.
